Entertaining Canberra crowds since the early 1990’s, Mitch is the consummate performer. Singing from an early age, music has been a big part of Mitch’s life and just loves entertaining people wherever he goes. Combine his easy going fun loving character and a good sense of humour, along with his passion for music, and it truly comes across in his performance. Singing a wide variety of favourites - You will be amazed and entertained.

Jason Varlet

Jason has been playing bass since he was a little boy. Now one of Canberra's outstanding players he is in great demand to perform but due to his love for marine life he limits his time and passion between them all. What is not known is that Jason is writing a thesis, in the feild of marine biology, on the affects of putting wood putty in the blow hole of dolphins that live in the sea!!!

Alex Ruiz hails from the Big Apple NYC. Like scores of musicians, this self taught multitalented Latin from Manhattan fell in love with music, started singing and playing various instruments at a very young age. Influenced by many Artists and music world wide, Alex has a distinctive flavour in his abilities that has helped develop Heuristic’s electrifying appeal. While you can’t often see him behind the stars up front, you can most definitely feel and hear him. He may be little..but he carries a big stick.

Wayne is the baby of the group, once you get over how beautiful he looks, you'll find a talented guitarist and one of the nicest guys ever. He has been playing in bands for many years and can make his guitar sing.
